You must submit the DOA Form within 1 hour of the delivery time posted by the USPS.

You must photograph all livestock sealed within the bag shipped.

Filing the claim after 1 hour of receiving your package.

Removing any livestock from their bags.

USPS Delays are not covered by this policy unless there is an extreme delay.

Damages caused in shipping must be filed with the USPS.
